The parent company Orient Travels was established in 1963 with a separate division for cargo handling and warehousing. The focus was to cater to regular customers of the group, involved in exports and imports.

As GSA for five major carriers and having AWB stocks for all the others, Orient Cargo Agency is mainly concentrating on the air freight business to and from the UAE. Our special contract rates with all the carriers also give us an edge over others in the market. Being selected as one of the top agents by Emirates Sky Cargo for the last four consecutive years shows our strength in air freight business.

Meanwhile, our sea freight business is also being handled with professional expertise. Having our own customs license and the e-clearance facility, gives us an edge over some other local companies. Orient Cargo Agency is a member of National Association of Freight and Logistics (NAFL) and FIATA.

With a license to handle dangerous goods, we handle regular DG shipments Ex UAE and are a General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) approved dangerous goods handling agent.

Orient Cargo Agency also has its own dedicated offices in Dubai, manned by professional staff and covering main industrial areas of UAE. All offices are fully equipped with electronic systems and can handle any type of shipments. Orient Cargo Agency also has two strategically located warehouses, in Dubai (our WCA Family registered office) to cater to the day-to-day warehousing needs of our customers.

We have our own fleet of trucks of different sizes, giving us the advantage of providing the logistical support from within, in the shortest possible time.
