Failure to do this could lead to heavy fines and/or seizure of goods and problems for the Russian member due to the very strict Importation Laws imposed by Russian Customs. Please always check with your WCA partner in Russia. The correctness of all paperwork B/L’s, AWB’s, Invoices, Packing Lists etc is very critical and needs to be cross-checked and agreed before the shipment is sent. This is also a good practice for any Country you are exporting to and not just Russia.
