When dealing in Canada there are a few critical things to note:

1: E-Manifest for shipments coming INTO CANADA must be filed BEFORE the Ship, Aircraft, or Truck is loaded at origin. Failure to do this results in huge fines. Work with us and we can file E-Manifest for you within the timelines.

2: The nature of DDP shipments INTO CANADA have now changed. The Importer of Record (your shipper) must be a registered Canadian Non-Resident Importer, they must also be registered with CARM and have access to the CARM Portal as well as having a Canadian Surety Bond.
