CTSI Logistics began as a freight forwarding company in 1989, servicing the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan), Guam and Micronesia. Formerly known as Consolidated Transportation Services Inc., the company for several years focused on the growing businesses on the islands (garments and fishing) and served as the freight forwarding arm of its parent company Luen Thai, a global player in the garments manufacturing business.
As globalization and trade boomed in the 1990s, the company took its services to the next level by bringing onboard a young and dynamic team of IT and Logistics professionals, and started the transformation of the company into an integrated logistics provider, subsequently naming itself CTSI Logistics.
Today, with solid industry knowledge, strong information technology expertise and specialized customer service, CTSI Logistics has offices in Philippines, Los Angeles and Taipei servicing North America, Asia and the Pacific.
With this network, the supply chain process is strategically managed to perform seamless distribution flow and warehousing of products, from the suppliers factories until the end consumers are reached. As global logistics require intelligent planning and management control, CTSI utilizes an integrated process where they specifically design logistics services for individual clients.
In the Philippines, CTSI has clients in the FMCG, garments and electronics industries among others, with office and distribution centers in strategic areas in the country's economic zones. Moreover, it builds on its roots in the Micronesian region by offering direct weekly consolidation to the region. CTSI Logistics Philippines is a member of PISFA and AFPI.
