IMPORTANT INDONESIA CUSTOM ADVISORY:

"Effective from 1 December 2018, Indonesia custom requires full mandatory implementation of e-manifest for all Import Shipments to Indonesia.

In complying with the regulation, we need to submit online manifest 24 hours before flight/vessel arrival in Indonesia (within office hour 9am-5pm Jakarta time (UTC+7) exclude public holiday, Sat, Sun), and Cnee Tax ID
+ first 4 digit of HS-code of items from the commercial invoice.
For All Sea Import, shipments to Indonesia, please kindly send Pre Alert soon once vessel departed. On MBL and HBL must be showed Cnee TAX ID and first 4 Digit HS code of the items.
For All Air import shipments to Indonesia, draft Pre-Alert, must be received 48 hours before cargo arrival, and Final Pre Alert, with final data and weight, must be received, max 24 hours before cargo arrival.
Draft pre-alert must also include commercial invoice and packing list and Cnee Tax ID + first 4-digit HS code of max 5 items on the commercial invoice.
All timings are based on office hour 9 am-5 pm Jakarta time (UTC+7) exclude Indonesia public holiday, Saturdays.
Any penalty received from custom, carrier or airline will be billed as per receipt to the sender office in case you fail to comply.

The penalty amount starts at USD 1500, up to USD 7500 /case at the maximum penalty and will lead to suspension of our brokerage license"
