The Cargomind Group consists of 12 subsidiaries in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary), Eastern Europe (Romania, Ukraine), South East Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia) and China (Shanghai).
Cargomind (Germany) operates branch offices in Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich and Nuremberg, which provide services for all origins in Germany. We hold IATA accreditation, AEO status and a Customs Broker license.
Dusseldorf is the capital of North Rhine Westphalia, which is the most populated state in Germany with 18 million inhabitants. Dusseldorf Airport is the third largest airport in Germany and serves 200 destinations worldwide. Frankfurt Airport is only 225 kilometers away and has a great influence on the market.
Cargomind Dusseldorf office is located close to Dusseldorf Airport and we keep close contact with Airline Representatives, General Sales Agents, Ground Handling Agents, Trucking Companies and Customs Authorities. Our market strength is our knowledge of airfreight, our financial stability and the seniority of our key personnel.
Of great importance is our closeness to the trimodal Port of Duisburg, which has become an important destination for several train operators from China. The China Railways Express Service has become a true alternative to Ocean Freight and departs from several cities and provinces in China, e.g. Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen and Shenzhen. The average transit time for westbound trains is 18 to 20 days. We provide customs clearance and last mile delivery service for import containers. This service is also available for exports from Europe to China.
Pricing and operations for Ocean Freight has been centralized in our Hamburg office. We serve the nearby ports of Antwerp, and Rotterdam, which are only about 200 kilometers away from Dusseldorf. For goods arriving in Rotterdam or Antwerp, we can provide fiscal customs clearance for German customers. We provide services through Hamburg and Bremerhaven too. Regular block train services are operated from the North Sea Ports to Container Terminals to Bonen, Dortmund, Duisburg, Cologne, Minden and Warstein.
