The CTSI Clark station started in December 2007 with only a Customer Service Representative and a Customs Representative (for operations). In 2009, the office moved to a larger area with additional staff and a representative based in the distribution center in Manila. Having office inside the Clark Freeport Zone makes it an ideal freight forwarder for the garment manufacturers and other businesses inside the Freeport.
