Ultimately the market demand shaped the company structure more to focus on "niche" sectors and routes, and as a result of market segmentation, Pan Logistics designed special service solutions for its customers besides regular air, sea, multimodal freight transportation and, "A" licensed customs brokerage services. From our headquarters office in Istanbul, we provide service by 135 team members throughout Turkey. Since 1997, the company has become a market leader in inbound and outbound airfreight operations in spare parts logistics and 14% market share in inbound airfreight operation from Far East to Turkey. We are an ISO-9001 2015 certified forwarder.

- Spare Parts Logistics - 7/24 air and sea freight, brokerage solutions for time sensitive spare parts operations mainly in aerospace, automotive, marine, industrial, and textile sectors.
- Pan Project is for heavy lift, out of gauge, and bulk operations not only for Turkey but also all around the world. Pan Logistics has a dedicated team specialised on 4 PL Logistics and husbandry operation for energy and oil & gas sectors.
- Pan WMS : Value added storage and distribution through own vehicle fleet. Specialised on kitting, bundling, order processing, and distribution.
