Actus Logistics LLC was formed in April of 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Founders David Kolinofsky and Eric Ward came together with a history in both asset and non-asset-based organizations. Together they initially formed a domestic 3PL with a heavy focus on the tech and defense industries, specifically high value, time sensitive freight utilizing their Indirect Air Carrier license. Later they obtained their Ocean Transportation Intermediary license and began working both domestic and international shipments. They currently are members of the National Defense Industrial Association and pending for the Veteran Small Business designation.
